Electric Type Filter is a block added by the GregTech 4 mod. It can be used to filter out items with defined Ore Dictionary prefix (e.g. gems, crushed ores or ingots). The incoming items that match the filter are extracted to the inventory on the side marked with red dot, the others will pass over it.
The device is configured on ores by default, but the ore icon can be clicked several times to change it. Note that clicking the button with material type (e.g. with a hot ingot) doesn't change it to type of the current item.
The Electric Type Filter requires Low Voltage (32 EU/t) to work and will explode if supplied by any higher voltage (unless Transformer Upgrades and/or HV-Transformer Upgrades are used).
