High Pressure Coal Boiler is a machine added by GregTech 4. It functions exactly like Small Coal Boiler - generates Steam using Water and Coal, Charcoal or Coal Coke - except for doing that at higher effeciency and speed.
As with Small Boiler, if water is fed into overheated Boiler (>100 celsigrades) it will explode.
Recipe[edit]
Bronze Wrench can be substituted with the following items: 
Iron Wrench, 
Steel Wrench, 
Tungstensteel Wrench, 
Electric Wrench (GregTech 4), 
Advanced Wrench.
Steel Plate (GregTech 4) can be substituted with 
Stainless Steel Plate (GregTech 4).
