Distillation Tower is a block added by the GregTech 4 mod. It is used as a part of Distillation Tower multiblock, which is used for efficient Oil processing.
The Distillation Tower requires Medium Voltage (128 EU/t) to work and will explode if supplied by any higher voltage (unless Transformer Upgrades and/or HV-Transformer Upgrades are used).
