The Shutter is an item added by GregTech 4. It is used in some recipes and also as a cover, possibly with Redstone Machine Controller.
If used as a cover it must be installed on a GregTech 4 machine side and configured with a screwdriver, cycling forward with right-clicking. The possible modes are:
- Open if work enabled - the machine' side with this cover will only allow items and fluids going through if machine controller accepts positive Redstone signal.
- Open if work disabled - the machine' side with this cover will only allow items and fluids going through if machine controller accepts negative Redstone signal.
- Only input allowed
- Only output allowed
