The Glass Goblet is an item added by the Witchery mod. It may be used to start becoming a vampire with chicken blood and also by a level 9 Vampire to fill it with their own blood in order to turn villager or another player into a vampire.
To become a vampire pour the chicken blood onto the ritual skull to summon Elle and convince her to give her own blood.
To turn a villager into a vampire, the player must be vampire level 9, take the villager to a safe place near a Coffin, must almost fully drain the villager of blood, then mesmerize the villager, use the empty Glass Goblet, to fill it, and then must use the full Glass Goblet on the Villager.
