The Database is an item added by Forestry.

It has hex-shaped storage slots (as opposed to the usual square grid seen in standard inventories) that appear to be able to contain bees.

When the Database is open and you have a Portable Analyzer with you, there is an Analyzer toggle button on the left side of the player inventory. (see photo)
