The Quartz Fiber is a block added by the Applied Energistics 2 mod. A crafting component used in making ME Network devices and ME Glass Cable and used inter-mod with EnderIO to make ME Conduit. It can be also placed like a cable, and it will share only AE power. It is used to share only power between adjacent ME networks or subnetworks.
