Temple Caller is an item added by the Hardcore Ender Expansion mod. It is used to resummon the Ender Dragon.
Obtaining[edit]
Temple Caller has a small chance to spawn as a loot in Dungeon, Stronghold and Mineshaft chests and a higher chance to spawn as loot in Dungeon Towers. Temple Caller cannot be crafted.
Usage[edit]
The player needs a Dragon Egg as a part of the ritual, so killing a dragon at least once before using the Temple Caller is obligatory.
- Temple Caller uses Energy. A player can charge it in an Energy Extraction Table.
- Use the Temple Caller in the End. This will create a "temple" which resembles Stronghold's End Portal room.
- Place a Dragon Egg on the Coal Block which is considered to be a "pedestal".
This will teleport the player back to the Overworld. After going through the End Portal in the Stronghold, the player will be able to fight the dragon again.
Note: This ritual wipes the End dimension, erasing all player-made changes. Make sure nothing valuable is lost and take extra precautions if using Temple Caller on a server. Check out See Also section for other ways of resummoning an Ender Dragon.
