The Engineer's Wrench is a tool added by Engineer's Toolbox that acts as a BuildCraft compatible Wrench.
When right-clicking on a module installed on a Modular Socket, the module will be removed. Shift-right-clicking will dismantle the Modular Socket or machine, keeping all installed modules, configuration and internal storage.
The Engineer's Wrench has three modes that allow repetitive tasks to be performed safer. The current mode can be changed by shift-right-clicking while aimed at nothing. The first mode is the default mode. The second is shown by having no top portion of the wrench and prevents modules from being removed. The third mode is shown by having no bottom portion of the wrench and prevents Modular Sockets from being dismantled.
