Touch is a basic spell part that is usable at short range, which is the range that you can reach.

Obtaining[edit]

Touch is the very first item in the Utility tree in the Occulus. It requires a blue point.

This can be used in the Inscription Table as part of a spell. It requires ___ and ___ when making the spell.

A spell using Touch will affect the target only if at a very close range. It requires very little mana, however.
