Overview[edit]
Mana introduced by Ars Magica 2 is available to the player after obtaining an Arcane Compendium and determines the amount of spells that can be cast in succession.
Usage[edit]
Mana is used whenever a spell is cast, increasing the players Burnout, and in turn, increasing the mana cost for subsequent spell casts and reducing the amount of Magic XP obtained from casting the spell.
Mana will regenerate slowly naturally over time. Standing near any Etherium generating device (Obelisk, Celestial Prism, Dark Aurem) will grant a Mana Regeneration buff that increases the rate at which mana regenerates. Eating Mana Cake will restore some mana and give a short Mana Regeneration buff. Drinking Mana Potions will do the same as Mana Cake but will restore larger amounts of mana and longer lasting regeneration buffs.
