I just want to know since i like prismarine but how do you get it in the garden of glass world type?

It is obtained using the recipe shown here. Another option is to locate an Underwater Monument via an app and fill the area with blocks of Water, causing Guardians to spawn. 12:30, 6 August 2018 (CEST)
