The Steam Turbine is a Factorization machine that uses Steam from one or more Solar Boilers or Railcraft boilers to produce Charge or EU. Sunlight is provided by Reflective Mirrors placed around the Solar Boiler(s), these reflective mirrors must have no (transparent) blocks between the boiler and themselves, and only operate when there is no downfall and a direct line of sight to the sky.
To generate Charge, a Steam Turbine must be placed on top of the topmost Solar Boiler, and a Lead Wire must touch the Steam Turbine. Also, at least 4 mirrors are required, otherwise charge will not be generated.
