The Particle Control Upgrade is an upgrade for the Portal Modifier block from the EnhancedPortals 2 mod. Applying this upgrade will prevent a portal from generating particles after it has been activated. It will shortly generate a few particles when it's activated. The upgrade is applied by right-clicking the Portal Modifier whilst holding it. It can be retrieved by clicking the matching slot in the modifier's interface. The modifier will then eject the upgrade once the interface is closed.
