The Mystical Plinth is a block from OmniTools, used as a pedestal for the Forge Lexicon. When crafted and placed, the Mystical Plinth has no immediate use. Right-clicking the Plinth with a Forge Lexicon will place the Lexicon on the Plinth and generate a graphical lightning strike, which does no damage. The block can then be used just like the Forge Lexicon to convert items from one version to another, and emits as much light as Glowstone. Breaking the Plinth will drop the Forge Lexicon if one has been placed on it.
