Infusing a few pieces of bread with precious glowing water gives it miraculous nutritional properties. Each piece of glowing bread restores your hunger to full, and is also much quicker to eat than normal food. It takes less than 1 second to eat, it is a good idea to take some when you are going on a long journey. But try not to waste too much glowstone dust on bread.
