The Flag is an item from OpenBlocks. It can be placed in the world for decorative purposes. The flag's color can be changed by right-clicking it somewhere where it cannot be placed, such as on Glass or in mid-air. It will always be green when first crafted, the color of the used carpets doesn't affect the flag's color.
