The Empty ME Block Container is an Item added by Extra Cells
An ME Storage Cell designed to store one particular block type of the players choosing
Insert the Cell into an ME Chest and place the desired block type into the chest to set it, the name will then change to:
ME Block Container - <Block Name>
The Blocks of that type already in the ME Network may be transferred to the Cell using an ME IO Port
Place the Cell into an ME Drive and all the Blocks of that type entering the Network will be stored on it
