Diamond Wand is an item added by the Better Builder's Wands mod. Like the Builder's Wand from the Extra Utilities mod, it can be used to place blocks by right-clicking on a side of the same block. The player has to have those blocks in his inventory in order to place them. The Diamond Wand can place a total of 1562 (nearly 24 and a half stack) blocks per click, each block will reduce its durability by one.

The Diamond Wand can be enchanted with, Unbreaking, Mending and the Curse of Vanisishing.

Modes

The Diamond Wand has several modes that can be cycled with the M key (can be changed in the settings):

• "Horizontal - Extend left and right from the original block. No building on top/bottom face." The player can only right-click on one of the four sides of a block. The wand will try to place a block on this block as well as to the left and to the right.
• "Vertical - Extend up and down from the original block. No building on top/bottom face." The player can only right-click on one of the four sides of a block. The wand will try to place a block on this block as well as up and down.
• "North-South - Extend north and south from initial block. No building on north/south face." The player can right-click on two of the sides as well as on the top and bottom of a block. This will create a straight line pointing in North/South-direction.
• "East-West - Extend east and west from initial block. No building on east/west face." The player can right-click on two of the sides as well as on the top and bottom of a block. This will create a straight line pointing in East/West-direction.
• "North-South (+Vertical) - Extend north, south, up and down from initial block. No building on north/south face." The player can right-click on any side of a block. It will create a layer of blocks when clicking on the north or south face of a block, allowing the player to extend complex shapes. When right-clicked on any other side, however, it will only place a straight line of blocks.
• "East-West (+ Vertical) - Extend east, west, up and down from the original block. No building on east/west face." The player can right-click on any side of a block. It will create a layer of blocks when clicking on the east or west face of a block, allowing the player to extend complex shapes. When right-clicked on any other side, however, it will only place a straight line of blocks.
• "No Lock - Extend left, right, up and down from the original block." The payer can right-click on any side of a block, extending even complex shapes by a full layer.
