The Blightberry is a berry found on bushes added by the Natura mod, which grows in the Nether. The bushes can sometimes also be found at the bottom of the lava lakes in the Nether. When eaten, it will give you roughly 8 seconds of regeneration, but it also poisons you for 4 seconds. Rarely, it can also give you wither, so care must be taken when eating one at low health.

Eating berries in rapid succession increases the duration of both effects.
