Root blocks are generated below most trees, such as Canopy Trees, Darkwood Trees, and Twilight Oaks of the larger variety.

Is it worth to mention that these roots are able to tear holes into bedrock? E.g. when planting a Canopy Tree some levels above the bedrock, some blocks are replaced by such roots...I've noticed holes in the bedrock cube around the lower floor of labyrinths, too... at least TF version 1.15.3 has that bug/feature --109.85.16.48 03:48, 31 May 2013 (CEST)
