Dat Table[edit]
Can we break up the table somehow and/or maybe indicate each mod for each nugget too? -Kahless61 (talk) 15:43, 23 November 2013 (CET)
- We could, or we could add another row to state the mod. . ƒelinoel_ 16:26, 23 November 2013 (CET)
- I'm just voicing 2 issues with it. One is, the table is much too wide. The other is that the nuggets should identify which mods they are from. The mods thing isn't too big of a deal since 1: the article itself kind of explains it, and 2: the multiple ids of some of the nuggets indicates that multiple mods add the nugget. -Kahless61 (talk) 16:32, 23 November 2013 (CET)
- A Handful of Nugget (like Steel) are missing from the table as well. I agree the table should probably be reworked so that the nuggets have their own row. That would provide space for listing mods in a new column as well.Celestial Oblivion (talk) 18:28, 23 November 2013 (CET)
- It would probably be best to turn it around, i. e. one row per entry, not column. That way there's more space for additional colums, such as mod and maybe source material (what you make the nugget from). --dgelessus (talk · contribs) 19:36, 23 November 2013 (CET)
- Or how about one row per mod instead? . ƒelinoel_ 03:16, 24 November 2013 (CET)
- Why is that any better?Celestial Oblivion (talk) 03:18, 24 November 2013 (CET)
- I was thinking 1 mod per row as well. I figured it was horizontal to save vertical real estate. But then I realized it was just the recipes below, so not a big deal one way or the other. I'd be fine with either. The one-mod-per-row is better because it's not as many nuggets in one row. It would divide it up a little more evenly. -Kahless61 (talk) 06:06, 24 November 2013 (CET)
- ^That is exactly why, because it is not as many in one row. . ƒelinoel_ 06:04, 26 November 2013 (CET)
- Well 1 Nugget per row has even fewer. :p If I'm understanding you right, you want all the nuggets from say Industrial craft in one row? We'd have a lot of extra copper nuggets on the page that way.Celestial Oblivion (talk) 06:11, 26 November 2013 (CET)

I've made a table with all the nuggets (and nugget-like items sharing a close DV). Here's a summary: TiC has 12 nuggets, Thermal Expansion (not BC, my bad) has 8, Thaumcraft has 8 (including food and quicksilver drop), Magic Bees has 7 (including gem shards). Additional nuggets are Vanilla (gold), DartCraft (force), Railcraft (iron, steel), MFR (raw/cooked "meat"). This is a total of 39 items with "nugget" in their name, 43 items including the shards/etc. -Kahless61 (talk) 16:29, 26 November 2013 (CET)
- And now it's on the wiki page, vertical. Unfortunately my itemref template doesn't seem to work with tables, otherwise I would have used that. Feel free to clean it up as you see fit. -Kahless61 (talk) 17:32, 26 November 2013 (CET)
- I guess this works... not what I had in mind though...
- Also what is up with the shards? ƒelinoel ~ (Talk) 03:45, 30 November 2013 (CET)
- Not what I had in mind either, I just got all the ids and dropped them on the page, so it can be cleaned up as we like. The shards behave like gem-nuggets. Put 9 of them together and they make the appropriate gem. I figured they were close enough related to nuggets to be included, as did the mod-maker since he had them share ids. -Kahless61 (talk) 19:17, 30 November 2013 (CET)
- I dunno though... just because something shares IDs doesn't make it the same... . ƒelinoel_ 07:14, 1 December 2013 (CET)
- I'm quite aware of that. There were a number of other items from Thaumcraft that shared IDs with nuggets but were certainly not nuggets, so I excluded them. However, like I said, the shards behave just like nuggets - put 9 of them together to get one gem back. So I'm certainly not going by just id-sharing. That's why I said they were "nugget-like items" in my comment above. You may opt to exclude the nugget-like items if you desire. I just dumped the items into a table just to have the information somewhere so it could be sorted out later. -Kahless61 (talk) 16:52, 1 December 2013 (CET)
- idk maybe. . ƒelinoel_ 01:36, 3 December 2013 (CET)

What is going on here?[edit]
Well, there are several hundreds of nuggets of metals, gems, food, some non-metal alloys ect. Why to make a giant mess of all information about them on one page? This is totally irrarional. --Antillar (talk) 19:02, 30 April 2016 (CEST)
- I think at the time nuggets were rare? . ƒelinoel_ 03:36, 2 May 2016 (CEST)
- Nah, that time mods like Diving RPG and Metallurgy already existed, adding tonns of nuggets to the game. Dont think they were documented properly then though. --Antillar (talk) 12:29, 2 May 2016 (CEST)
- We used to use a different website originally and moved everything over manually which makes the date the article was written wrong. . ƒelinoel_ 13:51, 3 May 2016 (CEST)
