The Essence of Unending Disregard This item is mainly useless unless you are using the Forestry mod which will allow you to make the Oblivion Frame. The item itself is not used for anything but crafting into the frame. This item requires you to use your one and only dragon egg that you collect from the Ender Dragon and 4 wither skulls, a proven frame, 2 Essences of Lost Time, and 2 Essences of a Shallow Grave.
