As far as I know they are per player, and you can use the Potato Gun to create another set per player. In the Portal Gun config you can set custom colors for both guns' portals, I assume they apply to all Bacon/Potato Guns the player owns, which would mean that each player can only have one set of bacon/potato portals. --dgelessus (talk · contribs) 14:33, 29 August 2014 (CEST)
