IMO, the fact that XP drops can sustain an autospawner through the use of a sewer is not a bug so much as an unbalanced mechanic. Sewers are MFR blocks. I've been able to spawn Wither Skeletons in the overworld without enabling Exact Copy mode. Maybe this has been changed? Can someone else please confirm this?
