Small Passive Thermal Dissipator is a block added by the Electrical Age mod. It is a cold generator for the turbine. The side for receiving heat has a large white input at the bottom. Cold is fed directly to the turbine or through a Copper Thermal Cable. This dissipator does not require electricity supply, cooling power - 250W.
