The Loot Recycler is a block added by the Loot Bags mod. Items found in a Loot Bag can be placed in one of the bottom slots and will be consumed. Once enough items are consumed (depending on the input, the loot bag that should be created and a scaling factor in the config files), a new loot bag will be created and placed in the upper slot.
The Loot Recycler can be easily automated as all common item transferring systems are supported.
