Hay Cutpurse

The Hay Cutpurse is a crook added by the Ex Astris mod. There are some differences to the regular crook.

1. it has a different recipe with iron bars and wheat.

2. it will also break blocks that have isBlockReplaceable return true, meaning it can be replaced by any block by right clicking on it, such as grass, tall grass, vines, snow, ferns, etc.

3. it breaks blocks faster.

4. Extended range for grabbing animals (Right Click)

5. Notably can't be used as a normal crook
