Frequency Emission Overdrive

Frequency Emission Overdrive is an enchantment to Ethereal Familiar, which will double the attack speed on first level and increase it even more and add area effect to attacks on second level. In order to upgrade the Familiar with a certain level, it has to be already upgraded with the previous level of enchantment.
