Chaos Fork is a weapon item added by the EssentialCraft III mod. It deals the same damage as  Diamond Sword does. However, if the wielder has attuned their Matrix to Chaos, the weapon also buffs them: when an entity is hit with the Fork, it's inflicted Mining Fatigue effect for 5 seconds with its level increasing by 1 and wielder gains Strength potion effect for 5 seconds with the same level, which essentially increases the damage proportionally to the amount of strikes dealt to the same target in a row.
